requests are made and all requests are logged. They provide Tier II support when telephone consultation can not quickly resolve the user’s problem requiring
a visit by Sabre information technology specialist to the client’s work site. We offer Tier III support to resolve complex problems extending beyond a
client’s immediate work site and are usually associated with enterprise issues that may involve the clients voice, video, and data communications networks.
Our Tier III specialists are typically System and Database Administrators, Network Specialists, and personnel with advanced certifications and skills in a
particular platform or application.
Data Center
In today’s business environment, maintaining and securing data is crucial to the successful operation of a business. Sabre has extensive experience
managing data centers which run the applications that store the core business and operational data of an organization. Our data center operators provide
computer operations, help desk, telecommunications, network support and physical security on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year.
Sabre management and technical personnel are trained to support Data Center operations and include at a minimum the following:
Performing daily incremental and weekly full backups of the main systems.
Monitoring all systems for error messages and take appropriate corrective action
Monitoring the systems for security breeches
Assisting with hardware and software upgrades and new installations when needed.
Documenting daily computer activities.
Running production programs and examining outputs for accuracy and completeness.
Modifying production program scripts for input and output files and print files when labeling constructs dictated.
Preparing and securing monthly backup tapes for disaster recovery storage.
Maintaining the physical environment of the data center: air conditioning, uninterrupted power supply, fire prevention & alarms
Maintain physical security and safety of the facility including off-peak hours, weekends and holidays.
