While maintaining mission effectiveness is crucial, Sabre also takes into account the human element that is impacted by base closures.

From a company perspective, Sabre survived and prospered through three BRAC rounds. Many of our current staff consisting of former military officials, civil servants and contractor program managers have experienced first-hand the affects of base closures and alignments.

The relocation of personnel and assets (offices, equipment, laboratories, etc.) must be carefully planned and executed taking special care and consideration with regards to your workforce.
