Recently, Sabre has been involved in the aspects of “pure” demographic and statistical analysis. These research activities require some evaluations
of data as well as experimentation in developing estimation and projection models based on survey, census, and/or administrative data. This research also
encompasses new and different ways of asking questions (in English, Spanish, and other languages) on survey and census instruments. This research is
broken into two sections: Sub-Population Research and Data Analysis and Dissemination Research. These two groupings were selected because Sabre Systems,
Inc., in September 2002, won two awards under the U.S. Census Bureau’s Research and Development 2007 Contract under these same topics.
